Upgrade Your Home With These 2024 Design Trends
One of the best parts of owning a home is the freedom to make it truly your own with design choices that reflect your personality and lifestyle. Whether you lean toward contemporary design or...
David has been helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life's biggest decisions for over eighteen years. Based in central New Jersey, he works across Somerset, Middlesex, Hunterdon, Monmouth, and Mercer Counties, serving a range of clients from first-time buyers finding their footing to move-up families, investors, and luxury homeowners ready for something new.
Before real estate, David spent his career in information technology. That background quietly shows up in everything he does. The way he prepares clients for what's coming, anticipates problems before they surface, and brings a calm, methodical presence to a process that can feel anything but calm.
Ask his clients what it's like to work with him, and a few things come up consistently. He answers every question. He never pressures. He treats people like family. And when the nerves kick in, as they always do at some point, he has a way of steadying the room.
His approach is straightforward: show up fully prepared, keep clients informed every step of the way, and make the process as smooth as possible. Not because it's good marketing, but because that's simply how he believes the job should be done.
David has called New Jersey home for over thirty years, after growing up in Maine and being born in Indiana. He's married with two kids and a golden doodle named Bo. When he's not working, you'll likely find him in the kitchen, watching sports, or deep into a suspense novel. Sometimes a real estate podcast too, because apparently the work follows him home.
If you're thinking about buying or selling, David would love to hear from you. Call, text, or DM him directly, or follow along on social media to see what's happening in the market.
